RETURN POLICY

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items sent back without prior authorization.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Should your item not fit or if you've chosen the wrong color or style, you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, and in their original packaging.

The most efficient way to facilitate an exchange is to initiate a return for the original item and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
